Where are you

We are based in Cliffsend, just outside Ramsgate.

How long does it take?

The groom usually lasts 1 3/4 hours, this will depend on the condition of the coat and the dogs behaviour.

Am I allowed to stay?

Unfortunately we do not allow owners to stay with their dogs as we find the dogs are easier and more cooperative without their owners.

My dog doesn't like other dogs, is this a problem?

No, that's fine, your dog will be the only one in the salon as I work one to one with a dog.

I have more than one dog, can i bring them together?

Yes, that's fine.

Do you clip nails only?

Yes we do, we have also done birds, cats rabbits, ferrets and guinea pigs!

Do you groom large/giant breeds?

No, unfortunately we no longer do large or giant breeds.

Do you do hand stripping?

We no longer offer this service

Do you collect and deliver?

We no longer offer this service

How much is it to get my dog groomed?

This will depend on the type of breed, condition of the coat, the dogs temperament and what you would like us to do.
